puffz are pre-made pods of pure cannabis flower.

as example, if the flower we use is tested at 25% THC, each pod will have an average of 5mg of THC.

to give that perspective, the maximum amount presently allowed by Health Canada for edibles is 10mg, and with 50 individual puffz in a pack, all it takes is two to reach that limit.

likely, your efficiency with puffz will not be the same, and the method of ingestion (inhalation vs. digestion) makes this a difficult comparison, but you get the general concept.

tldr: puffz are 0.02g and presently come 50 to a pack which is a one gram format.

If you do this and then try to light the puff and smoke it, you will likely be smoking too much paper and might not be enjoyable. You can always try and let the stem burn down before drawing, but, in general we recommend lighting the body rather than the stem.
